Honey is a natural sweetener made primarily of fructose and glucose. Honey also contains antioxidants, probiotics, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. Each drop of honey equates to about 200 flowers.
Our wildflower honey is of golden color and has a light sweet taste. The dominants flowers are clover, golden rod and dandelion. Our wildflower honey is unpasteurized, unfiltered and unheated.
