Honey is a natural sweetener made primarily of fructose and glucose. Honey also contains antioxidants, probiotics, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. Each drop of honey equates to about 200 flowers. Our bees are carefully placed in wild fields where no industrial agriculture is present.
Our wildflower honey is of golden color and has a light sweet taste. The dominants flowers are clover, golden rod and dandelion. Our wildflower honey is unpasteurized, unfiltered and unheated.
The health benefits of wildflower honey are sore throat relief, cough relief, scarring cuts, and burns, strengthening the immune system, lowering bad cholesterol and revitalizing skin.
Use this honey in all of your recipes, cakes, bakeries, sauces, dressings and marinades. Use it to sweeten your favorite drinks, coffee, tea, fresh pressed juices and shakes. Spread it over your toasts, add it to your morning yogurt, cereal or oatmeal bowl.
Keep honey at room temperature in a well-illuminated room or a storage unit. Avoid placing in dark or anywhere below 20 C. In event of crystallization, place jar in hot water until crystals are broken.
