In seed plants, flower pollen is the male reproductive cells. Honeybees collect pollen on their legs when foraging flowers. In doing so, they indirectly fertilize flowers.

In the beehive, bees consume pollen as their primary source of protein. On an equal weight basis, bee pollen has a greater protein content than eggs or beef. Bee pollen is loaded in amino acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and over 250 active substances. Our pollen is dried under low temperatures to preserve maximum nutritious content.

Our bee pollen has a granular shape with a dry and crunchy texture. Our pollen's dominant colors are light orange, light yellow and sometimes black. Bee pollen has a mild floral and sweet taste.

The therapeutic properties of bee pollen are relief in inflammation, boost to liver's health, immune system strengthening, menopause easing, relief of eczema and seasonal allergies and capillaries strengthening.

Bee pollen is treated and consumed as a natural supplement. The recommended daily consumption is  3-5 tbsp per day for adults  and 1-2 tbsp for children. Use it to your yogurt alongside honey. Blend it into your shakes or smoothies.  Add it to your homemade granola bars, salads or salad dressings. The options are unlimited.

Bee pollen should be stored either in the refrigerator or  freezer. Light radiation diminishes the nutritional values.  Avoid humidity intrusion as bee pollen is a hygroscopic product and susceptible to molds.
